This morning’s ride: 49:00 Distance: 10.07 miles Average 86 RPM
The time and distance are estimates. The batteries died on my GPS in transit. The last reading was 8.88 miles at 35:58. I took the route that I ride with my friend Scott (who was going to ride with me this morning, but didn’t because he didn’t get to bed until 2AM), and each time I’ve ridden it it’s been 10.07 miles. Mentally, I was probably as present on the ride as he was. My time and RPM reflect this. I was lucky that the few cars on the road were more aware of me than I was of them.
And if I don’t get to bed soon, I’ll be just as groggy tomorrow.
